Acting Dean, Faculty of Business Management
Dr Zindoga Mukandavire is a Professor, Acting Dean of Faculty of Business Management and Director of Research at Emirates Aviation University. His responsibilities include supporting development of research and scholarly activities, partnerships, and collaborations. His scientific interests are in designing and using mathematical models to understand and solve problems in aviation industry, biology, and public health with an emphasis on collaborative and interdisciplinary research.
Head of Department- Undergraduate Studies, Faculty of Business Management
Dr.Ahlam Mohammed Al-Zoubi holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from Girne American University and an MBA in E-Business Management from Mu’tah- Ohio University. She was the head of the Business Department and assistant professor at Akdeniz Karpaz University in Cyprus, additionally; she served as research assistant at Girne American University, assistant professor at SP Jain School of Global Management in Dubai and chair of global business program at American college Casablanca, Marroco. Her main research interests are: the relationship between strategic management and performance in higher education, brand management and consumers’ cultural contradictions, and marketing management across countries.
Visiting Professor, Faculty of Business Management
Prof Kaitano Dube is an internationally recognized tourism geographer specialising in tourism and aviation. He has a strong interest in aviation sustainability and climate change. In his research, he examined the relationship between aviation and climate change. As part of the aviation climate change work, we have focused on various aspects of SDG 13 (on climate change action), including how the aviation industry is mitigating and adapting to build a resilient sector (across the aviation value chain). His seminal research on the relationship between COVID-19 and global aviation has established him as a leading global researcher. A leading tourism and aviation scholar, Professor Dube is a member of several journal editorial boards. He is an editor for Tourism Geographies and an associate editor for Frontiers in Sustainable Tourism and Cogent Social Sciences. Currently, he is an Associate Professor of Tourism Geography at the Vaal University of Technology as well as a Faculty of Human Science Research, Innovation and Commercialization Professor.
Senior Lecturer and Programme Coordinator, Faculty of Business Management
Dr. Nidhi Chaturvedi serves as the Program Coordinator and Senior Lecturer at Emirates Aviation University, Dubai, UAE. With an extensive teaching career spanning over 18 years in the realm of Business Management Education, she brings a wealth of proven expertise to her role. Dr. Chaturvedi holds a Ph.D. in Marketing Management and focuses her research on Consumer Buying Behavior, Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management and Aviation. Furthermore, she holds a Master's in Business Administration with specializations in Marketing and Information Technology. Her academic pursuits encompass a broad spectrum, including Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Strategic Management, Project Management, International HRM, Strategic HRM, and Organizational Behavior. Dr. Chaturvedi excels in teaching, tutoring, and mentoring students, showcasing a commitment to their academic growth. Additionally, she demonstrates leadership prowess through her dedicated performance of various leadership tasks within the educational domain.
